Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while monitoring and managing patients with both acute medical conditions and cardiac/telemetry needs. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork, critical thinking, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and treatment. Monitor patients using telemetry equipment; promptly recognize and respond to arrhythmias and changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and update individualized care plans. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Uphold safety, infection control, and quality-of-care protocols.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [HI State]. BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certification required. Minimum 2 year of Med-Surg or Telemetry experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
