Job Summary and Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served

\xc2\xb7 Promotes customer service initiatives along with Skyline Medical Center Service Values. (HCAHPS)

\xc2\xb7 All behaviors fully support positive customer service (HCAHPS)

\xc2\xb7 Documents all patient care.

\xc2\xb7 Utilized Nursing Process for individual care to meet needs of patients.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Promotes compliance with National Patient Safety Goals.

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or appropriate compact state
• Appropriate communication skills
• Education \xe2\x80\x93 ASN, BSN preferred
