Job Description

LPN MEDICAL RECORDS

Duties include:

24 and 72 Hour Chart Check on new admissions*
Review of new orders entered into POINT CLICK CARE*
Serve on Quality Assurance Committee*
Function as a Department Head*
Perform QA and QAPI audits from PCC Reports*
Do Med Pass and Med Cart reviews*

MEDICAL RECORDS Responsibilities Include reviewing reports of the following tasks performed by the charge nurse:

LPNs will record Med Pass on eMAR using PointClickCare LPN's will complete Body Audits per schedule LPN will verify CNAs completed showers per schedule LPN will chart on acute issues (e.g. ABT; Pain; recent incidents; new admits,etc.) LPN will communicate shift to shift on resident changes with oncoming nurse and aides LPNs will verify medications are delivered and in-stock
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
