We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for customer service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in computerized records and files.
Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office processes.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality documentation.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus.
