Job Description

An integral part of US Med-Equip, The Warehouse Customer Service Representative must have the ability to work as a team with the operations and sales team to provide excellent customer service to our professional partners.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for completion of company paperwork and electronic data entry Responsible for maintenance of medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions Responsible for using company computer system to complete customer orders and manage inventory Maintains the shipping area in a clean and organized manner at all times Ensures key areas of the shipping and warehouse are designated and labeled to enhance organization. Ensures all outbound shipments are packed appropriately, shipped timely and meet deadlines for delivery. Attention to detail to ensure accurate billing of shipments. Maintain a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees Maintain a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies Successful completion of service tickets Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

High School Graduate or equivalent
Abilities and Skills:

Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry Ability to work multiple shifts Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations Able to work unsupervised Must possesses excel

ent communication skills Ability to push/pull movable medical equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
