Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Medical Director of Breast Imaging for Chilton Medical Center

Atlantic Health System is currently seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director of Breast Imaging for Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. As the Medical Director of Breast Imaging, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, clinical oversight, and innovative leadership for our breast imaging services. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of breast imaging while enjoying the natural beauty of Pompton Plains and convenient access to the cultural richness of nearby New York City. Breast Imagers at Chilton Medical Center will support three breast centers (Chilton Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, and Morristown Medical Center), as well as four satellite screening facilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT)
• Conducting breast ultrasound (US) and MRI
• Performing breast biopsies with US, stereotactic and MR guidance
• Mammographic and US guided wire localizations
• Savi Scout procedures
• Teaching and participating in research and radiology forums/conferences

Qualifications

• Board certified by the American Board of Radiology
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Must be fellowship trained
• Specialty Certification if applicable
• Administrative and leadership experience preferred
