Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system. Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they understand the information provided. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and medical terminology relevant to the role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in Spanish is particularly beneficial. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in a medical office setting is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Proficient in using computers and various software applications relevant to call center operations.
