Park Medical Centers has been providing exceptional family medicine care and patient experience for more than 60 years. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of McLaren Health Care and our patient-centered focus has enabled us to grow to 10 medical offices with almost 75 team members. We are located throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties and we are expanding to more locations to improve the health of more people.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Medical Assistant who wants to make an impact on their patients' care. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing an outstanding patient experience, will thrive in a team environment, communicate professionally, be dependable, flexible, and a strong multi-tasker.

Candidate must have 1 year of medical assisting experience, be familiar with giving injections, drawing blood, assisting with pap smears, performing vitals, and 12 lead EKGs. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records is a plus.

Duties include those listed above as well as keeping the medical providers' schedules running on time, hands-on patient care, assisting medical providers with procedures, answering patient questions, completing medication prior authorizations, entering data into EMR, processing and scanning faxes and mailed reports as well as completing other clerical duties as requested.
