to keep our Home Health and Hospice operations organized, efficient, and patient-focused.

What You'll Do
Support the Directors of Nursing by coordinating workflows and streamlining processes across Home Health and Hospice services.
Track documentation timelines, compliance, and clinical operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Use
Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
to input, review, and manage essential clinical and operational data.
Create and maintain organized shared documents and reports using
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
tools.
Collaborate closely with nursing staff to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
Assist in launching new projects and process improvements that elevate patient care and team efficiency.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with
HIPAA
and organizational standards.
What You Bring
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical background.
Experience in
Home Health or Hospice
preferred.
Solid understanding of
medical terminology
and healthcare workflows.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook) and
Google Drive
(Docs, Sheets, Forms).
A fast learner -- especially with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase experience is a plus!).
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communicator with a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset.
