13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Schedule:

6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (3 x 12-hour shifts)

Compensation: $2,200 - $2,500 per week (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

with a strong MS/Tele background to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing nursing interventions, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and manage care for assigned patients. Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessment. Identify patient needs and prioritize care based on medical diagnosis and patient condition. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions in accordance with professional standards. Document care in compliance with standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.

Active New Jersey RN License

(Required). *

BLS Certification

(American Heart Association).
