Our client, a leading producer in high quality steel products, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in their McMinnville, OR location. You\xe2\x80\x99ll lead the maintenance team in ensuring the reliable operation and optimal performance of heavy industrial equipment and machinery. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair activities, and conducting inspections.

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: McMinnville, OR
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

About the Role:

• Manage inventory and resource allocation in the department, keeping track of material needs and ensuring supply availability.
• Lead and direct activities for machine shop and building maintenance teams, with additional responsibilities for labor pool and mobile maintenance personnel as required.
• Provide hands-on support for assigned departmental projects, offering solutions and repairs for operational challenges as they arise.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety procedures, including the consistent use of protective equipment and clothing across all tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in maintenance or mechanical roles within a manufacturing plant environment, supported by a HS Diploma or GED.
• Track record of successful leadership and the ability to execute results in a maintenance structure focused on high reliability.
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, EAM, and planning/scheduling software, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis) techniques, complemented by an ability to apply problem-solving skills for resolving conflicts.
