Summary
As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Utilizing core skills in POS systems, food service, and customer service, you will handle cash transactions, assist with food preparation, and provide exceptional service to our guests. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our team. With relevant skills in sanitation, kitchen experience, and basic math, you will ensure a clean and efficient operation. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate POS system efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Handle food with care and follow proper food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure timely service to customers.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer experience.

Qualifications
- POS, Food service, and Quick service & fast food restaurant experience
- Customer service skills and cash handling proficiency
- Food handling knowledge and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to work in a team
- Aloha POS or Micros POS experience a plus
- Food preparation and kitchen experience beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
