Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mason to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of masonry tasks, including building and repairing structures using pavers, concrete blocks, stone, and other materials. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable, aesthetically pleasing structures on various projects, from commercial renovations to new residential homes. Duties

Construct and repair walls, facades, walkways, patios, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and similar materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects. Operate hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels as well as power tools including drills and saws to complete tasks efficiently. Engage in heavy equipment operation when necessary for lifting or moving heavy materials safely on site Assist with renovation and restoration projects by removing old masonry elements and installing new ones with precision.

Skills

Extensive experience in construction site environments with a focus on masonry work. Skilled in hardscape design including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscaping features. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various tasks Deep understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry projects such as forklifts, skid steers, mini excavators. Strong teamwork skills combined with excellent attention to detail and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
