YOUR MISSION (IF YOU'RE BOLD ENOUGH TO ACCEPT IT):
Deliver dynamic, disciplined, and fun classes for youth, teens, and adults.
Mentor junior instructors and leadership students inside and outside of class.
Track student attendance, behavior, and progress through our internal systems.
Make personal calls to students who miss class to re-engage and build relationships.
Manage student cards, goal sheets, black belt story forms, and curriculum checklists.
Send go-getter notes, birthday cards, "good job" messages, and other community mail.
Run private lessons, belt tests, and upgrades with clarity and confidence.
Teach life skills and leadership in every interaction.
