Job Description

The Marketing Supervisor is the primary Marketing contact for their designated division focusing the marketing projects for that division. The supervisor will manage all marketing needs of these departments by leveraging their own competencies, the resources within the Marketing Department \xe2\x80\x93 Data, Creative, Digital \xe2\x80\x93 and external agencies to execute the needs of the division(s). 1 direct report

1. Marketing Projects
2. Communications, Printing, Promotions
3. Facility & Customer Photography/Framing
4. Association Advertising
5. Interior / Exterior Wayfinding Signage
6. On-Hold Messaging
7. Customer Photography
8. Office Identifiers/Nameplates
9. Facility Signage Design (Interior/Exterior)
10. Manage all marketing needs
11. Campaign Management
12. Event Research and Coordination
13. Collateral Development
14. Social Media Management
15. Employee/Tech Video/Photography
16. Hispanic Market Development
17. Print Advertising Coordination
18. Digital Advertising Planning (PPC; Geofencing; OTT)
19. Content DevelopmentOther duties as assigned

Additional skills/Attributes needed/Comments:

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in business systems functions and personal computer use \xc2\xb7 Strong project management and performance measurement skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns \xc2\xb7 Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills

License, Certifications, or Training Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Client Specific Required Safety Training and Annual recertifications

Experience & Education:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing coordinator position

Environmental Conditions:

\xc2\xb7 Climate controlled environment. Work under florescent lighting. Moderate noise levels. Possible noise and vibrations carried over from the shop.
