Kirby Plastic Surgery and Kalos Medical Spa are looking for an energetic, creative, and self-driven

Marketing & Social Media Specialist

who wants to take ownership of our digital storytelling and brand presence.

What You'll Do

Plan, create, and post content for

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social channels

Collaborate daily with our providers to capture

authentic before-and-after visuals

and video content Manage

email marketing campaigns, referral programs, and patient re-engagement workflows

Design and print

in-office materials

to enhance patient experience Maintain consistent

branding and tone

across all platforms Monitor engagement and report performance metrics monthly Stay up to date on

aesthetic industry trends and platform algorithms

Build

community and business partnerships

within The Shops at Clearfork and beyond Brainstorm and implement

creative campaigns

that drive engagement and new leads

What You Bring

3-5 years of professional marketing or social media experience (aesthetics, beauty, or wellness a plus) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Strong writing, storytelling, and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of

social media strategy and analytics

Skilled in

photo and video editing tools

(Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite) A proactive, self-motivated personality who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
