Summary: The Global PayPal Revenue Operations team supports the functions essential to the global sales force. These include planning, sales training and onboarding, process optimization, compensation design and administration, sales tools management and administration, sales, and reporting. The Sales Lead Management Analyst is responsible working closely with internal and external stakeholders across PayPal to establish and support Top of the Funnel processes, practices, and technology tools to drive revenue. : The Marketing Operations Analyst is a member of the Global Sales Revenue Operations team and partners with the sales and marketing teams globally to drive operational efficiency, effectiveness, and analytics support to ensure revenue attainment. This role will be a key player within the Global Lead Management practice, focusing on the very top of the sales leads funnel \xe2\x80\x93looking at Marketing leads, lead flows, and governance within tools to enable monitoring, routing, reporting, attribution for leads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as a central point for discovery & standardization of demand generation and lead management processes and practices as well as establishing data standards across marketing segments and geo regions as it relates to Top of Funnel activities.
  • Develop and gain agreement of definitions and oversight for MAL, MQL, SAL as well as unqualified leads reason codes.
  • Build/maintain the marketing portion of the funnel and partner with other departments on how those fit into the full funnel across RevOps, Sales, CSM, Sales and Marketing Analytics.
  • Document KPIs and reporting requirements and work closely with the Marketing and Sales analytics teams to reflect these in the lead dashboard.
  • Establish ongoing lead object hygiene: rules and cadence for merging records, archiving records, mitigating bot attacks on marketing webforms (in partnership with DBM and tech teams), and lead enrichment to enable automated segmentation & personalization
  • Establish and apply scoring and grading datapoints for data-quality reporting and creating sales triggers
  • Document, prioritize and socialize asks / pitch decks for annual budget and roadmap planning.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within sales management, sales/revenue operations, customer success management, or in management consulting roles for these functions. Industry knowledge in technology, payments, or fintech is preferred.
  • Requires an understanding of standard business practices related to Sales or Customer Success processes and systems generally. Experience on projects improving these processes, is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and other Martech stack products
  • Excellent project, task management and communication skills working with core-cross functional teams. Informing and updating stakeholders of updates. Managing expectations and timelines.
  • Prior experience with process mapping, design, and technical documentation of processes being implemented
  • Strong program management skills to implement cross functional change and coordinate cross functional teams.
  • Ability to support relationships that enable collaboration with and influence of Revenue Operations senior management, sales/service senior management, and cross functional stakeholders equally.
  • Clear, analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity.
  • Self-starter with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and shift priorities when needs change.
  • Flexibility to work with colleagues in multiple time zones, mainly in North America, but occasionally in Europe and Asia.
Additional : Responsible for lead lifecycle\xe2\x80\x94the data process from Marketing lead creation to hand-off to the relevant sales teams. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, improving productivity, quality assurance, and governance. This role will support the marketing tech stack, partner closely with key stakeholders in Global Lead Management practice. The ideal candidate understands the data layer of Marketing and Sales and is excited about creating, analyzing, and reporting on a streamlined flow of leads \xe2\x80\x94from creation to sales qualification.
