We\'re looking for a special person to join our team of passionate, amazing professionals. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns while also providing inbound support to generate qualified leads. You will leverage and manage multiple channels, including email, social media, digital campaigns, and Hubspot CRM to create targeted outreach initiatives to drive opportunities for new business. Additionally, you will manage customer and partner prospecting lifecycles from top-of-funnel prospects from leads to MQL to SQL. To be successful in this role, you must have 3+ years of inside sales and digital marketing generation experience and a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience. You must be comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Overview: \xc2\xb7 Develop, manage, and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Provide inbound support to generate qualified leads. \xc2\xb7 Leverage and manage content & event calendar for multiple channels, including email, social media & CRM. \xc2\xb7 Manage customer and partner prospecting lifecycles from top-of-funnel prospects from leads to MQL to SQL. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with sales leaders to transition qualified prospects. \xc2\xb7 Identify prospecting targets and collaborate with sales & marketing to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create outreach initiatives to drive opportunities for new business. \xc2\xb7 Qualify and nurture inbound leads with multiple strategies including email drip campaigns, and other tactics. \xc2\xb7 Conduct cold outreach to prospective customers in collaboration with sales and marketing. \xc2\xb7 Manage, track, and report on all sales activities, opportunities, and account information results using our CRM, HubSpot, to accurately forecast and report on the pipeline and identify opportunities for action. \xc2\xb7 Manage email lists, including segmentation, hygiene and collaboration with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates. \xc2\xb7 Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other digital tools to establish KPIs, track and measure initiatives and campaigns, measure ROI and optimize activity. Social Media Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage brand social media and online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor conversations across social media and respond appropriately. \xc2\xb7 Establish campaign performance benchmarks to manage budgets and forecasts against spend/effectiveness targets and develop supporting financial reports for delivery on regular intervals. \xc2\xb7 Work in tandem with COO to plan and produce content and editorial calendar that highlights company content. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute organic social media boosting strategy to foster channel growth. \xc2\xb7 Produce short-form video content across social channels. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a consistent voice across channels aligned with brand and target audience. \xc2\xb7 Keep up with emerging content trends across channels and best practices, identifying areas of opportunity. Website Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Ability to edit the company website and create landing pages for events and digital downloads through Wordpress/Elementor and Clickfunnels. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of inside sales or digital marketing generation experience.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience. Degree and/or experience in healthcare industry marketing is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Necessary Skills:
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office products such as PPT, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook/365.
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing- Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere, Canva, FCPX.
  • Must have experience with mass email communication and campaign management: Hubspot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.
  • Must have experience with CRM management- Hubspot in particular.
  • Must have experience in analytics platforms- Google Analytics, Facebook ads, and other digital / social advertising platforms.
  • Must have experience with website editing through Wordpress/Elementor & Clickfunnels.
  • Experience with Ever Webinar, Zapier & Vimeo is a plus.
