Attention marketing trailblazers! We are seeking a Marketing Manager to be at the forefront of driving marketing and sales alignment for the US region, supporting our DATA, LED, GROWTH strategy. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking an inquisitive B2B marketer to embark on a multi-channel approach that drives interest, engagement, and ultimately new business for the US region. You\xe2\x80\x99re enthusiastic about data-informed content marketing, RFPs, and can deftly navigate events & conference sponsorships. Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will co-create the annual US marketing plan and budget, working with leadership across the organization, and providing input into the global marketing plans. You will be an essential part of a newly created global marketing team and in-house agency and share your best practices across markets. Ready to explore the opportunity?

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Sales Alignment
Collaborate with US stakeholders and the global marketing team to co-create US brand & marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Leverage research and data-informed insights to guide decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Create a multi-channel lead-generating and nurturing plan to grow core customer and partner segments. You\'re not just about catching leads, you\'re about nurturing and converting them.

Ensure the storytelling and positioning of our group of company services is client-centric and on-brand for all major RFP responses and provide brand direction and guidance throughout the process \xe2\x80\x93 from response to in-person pitch.
Contribute to the RFP repository and best practices sharing globally.
Infuse your strategies across the customer journey. In other words, make the customer fall madly in love with us, repeatedly.
Collaborate with the global in-house creative services agency to build impactful and on-brand content.
Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, data-informed approaches, and emerging B2B marketing technologies.

Brand Building & Events
Leverage research and data-informed insights to guide brand-building and event marketing decisions.
Identify key industry opportunities and events to position our brand in a cost-efficient and sales-aligned manner.
Build a calendar of events that drive awareness, engagement, and growth with key clients, prospects and partners.

Operational Excellence and Measurement
Co-create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Manage and effectively prioritize incoming marketing requests from stakeholders in the US region, ensuring alignment to global/regional strategy, and with clear measurement

KPIs
Proactively plan campaigns in advance, creating a calendar that ensures timely execution and maximizes opportunities.
Conduct campaign reviews and post-mortems to share feedback and best practices with relevant stakeholders globally.
Participate in creative brainstorming meetings, bringing unique ideas, US market knowledge, and sales alignment insight to the discussion.
Conduct final quality checks and sign-off on all campaigns before go-to-market, ensuring alignment with strategy and brand standards.
Identify and recommend opportunities for Global execution on an ongoing basis.

PR and Corporate Communications
Partner with HR and business leads to identify internal communications needs.
Build a calendar and work with the internal creative services team to create required assets/templates as needed.
Take the lead in identifying US market PR opportunities for the business, working collaboratively with in-house team and/or outsourced agencies.

Core Skills
Multi-Channel Marketing: broad awareness of B2B-focused marketing channels (events, associations, sponsorships, presentations, PR, sales enabled) with an emphasis on digital (such as LinkedIn and other social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and email marketing).
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills are crucial for managing multiple campaigns, coordinating with different teams, and meeting deadlines.
Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration and communication skills are vital for working with diverse teams, stakeholders, and agencies across different countries.
Creative Thinking: The ability to generate innovative ideas and think creatively is crucial for developing engaging and impactful marketing campaigns.
Storytelling: understanding of writing and storytelling principles to effectively sell ideas and brief-in the creative team
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and drawing insights from analytics platforms helps optimize marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Branding and Visual Identity: Understanding the principles of branding, including color theory, typography.
Cross-cultural Awareness: Having a deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to different markets and regions is crucial for global marketing success.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

The salary for this position may range between 72,000 to 90,000. The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in a Marketing capacity required; or in related role in Sales or Media.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and related programs required.
Knowledge of web-based, design and email marketing tools like Canva and WordPress required.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Demonstration of initiative, follow-up, and resourcefulness.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel
This position does not require any regularly scheduled travel. However, on occasion, travel overseas may be needed with advanced notice and planning.
