A highly productive and well-respected Beverly Hills real estate agent is seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute high-level marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and update marketing materials on a tight schedule. Manage daily marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms. Design and produce property flyers, ads, brochures, and other promotional materials (both from templates and custom designs). Create and maintain property websites and marketing collateral. Ensure consistent brand identity across all media and materials. Manage social media accounts and online presence, including SEO optimization. Utilize social media advertising and audience targeting to maximize exposure. Support real estate operations with light clerical and accounting work. Collaborate with internal marketing team Participate in client presentations and assist with proposals for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Active California Real Estate License (required -- no exceptions). Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proven graphic design experience -- examples or a portfolio required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools. Strong understanding of content marketing, analytics, and engagement strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. Experience in the luxury real estate market is a plus.
