Marketing & Creative Designer

creating impactful marketing content
as they are about visual design and storytelling.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute
marketing-focused visual content
to promote our products and brand identity.
Create
high-quality video content
for social media, ads, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
Oversee the full video production process -- concept, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and design
strategic campaigns and assets
across multiple channels.
Capture compelling
product photography
for our website, advertising, and product launches.
Design marketing materials including
ads, emails, website graphics, social media visuals, and digital campaigns
.
Help manage and grow our
social media presence
(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) through engaging visuals and video content.
Create custom designs for
apparel, packaging, and branded merchandise
.
Design
tradeshow booth and displays.
Participate in
marketing strategy discussions
, contributing creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
What You Bring
Strong skills in
graphic design, marketing, photography, videography, and video editing
.
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
.
Understanding of
marketing principles
, brand consistency, and visual storytelling.
Ability to design for both
digital and print
, including proper file setup for production.
Experience coordinating with printers, vendors, and marketing partners.
Familiarity with
social media marketing
, analytics, and content strategy.
Comfortable working safely around firearms and firearm components.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to balance multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS
and a solid grasp of current
digital marketing trends

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
Knowledge or personal interest in firearms and the firearms community.
Experience with
SEO, Google Analytics

email marketing tools
like MailChimp.
Web or UX design experience.
Broader marketing experience in campaign development, brand strategy, or market research.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
(preferred).
2+ years of experience in
marketing, graphic design, or digital media production
(preferred).
