Guadalupe Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will create impactful, visually engaging communications that support Guadalupe Credit Union's mission of financial empowerment. Design across print, digital, web, email, social media, and events to educate and connect with members and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative materials for quarterly lending campaigns and monthly initiatives, including branch posters, flyers, brochures, digital ads, social graphics, web banners, landing page images, email graphics, and event collateral. Present multiple creative options for key campaigns that reflect the department head's direction and provide meaningful variations in layout and hierarchy. Produce optimized images and PDFs for the website and other digital channels; assist with uploading, formatting, and document replacement as needed. Maintain an organized asset library for logos, brand elements, templates, photos, and campaign files, ensuring consistent naming and version control. Support on-site photography using department cameras and provide basic photo edits for social media recaps or internal reports.

Requirements:

Experience:

Two to four years of similar or related professional design experience. Financial services, agency, or in-house marketing team experience preferred. A combination of experience and education may substitute. A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative range is required and will be reviewed as part of the selection process.

Education:

(1) A 2-year degree in design or a related field, or (2) specialized design certification or coursework, or (3) equivalent professional portfolio demonstrating required skills.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak. It involves prolonged periods of sitting, as well as standing and walking, with occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching. The employee must occasionally lift or move boxes of promotional items or supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.
