Company will provide MacBook, DJI recording equipment, editing and content planner subscriptions
This is a full time in-office position. Please no agencies.
No experience required
, but this position does require someone knowledgeable with awareness of social media trends and basic videography editing skills.

We're committing to our marketing department and looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused marketer to take control of our daily content output and direct-mail campaigns.
What You'll Do (Daily/Weekly)Social Media (50%)
Film short-form content on-site with crews, trucks, clients, and live moves
Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Write captions, hashtags, and schedule posts
Keep our content bank organized
Manage our monthly content calendar
Send DM's and engage with referral partner posts
Be comfortable being the brand representative and in the videos yourself too
Take product-style photos of trucks, uniforms, crews, reviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.
Direct Mail (35%)
Send out postcards, letters, handouts, and mailer designs
Pull data lists (Just Listed, Just Sold, etc.) - it's easy, we will show you how.
Coordinate printing & in-house envelopes and gifts.
Track deliverability, response rate, and cost per lead
Brand + Digital Support (15%)
Communicate directly with our digital marketing agency
Update Google Business Profile weekly (photos, posts, service updates)
Upload job photos + review responses with SEO-friendly language
Manage CRM notes for marketing-driven leads
Support automation tasks
Build small graphics (quote templates, realtor flyers, crew shoutouts)
Track weekly KPIs: leads, cost per lead, social post consistency, mailer results
Assist with website content updates (blogs, city pages, landing pages)
What You Need
Strong video editing ability (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Creative eye for social media trends
Ability to film content in the field and talk to crews confidently
Strong organizational skills (calendars, checklists, and deadlines)
Basic graphic design skills
Positive, coachable attitude ("no ego, willing to learn")
Reliable transportation
Must be comfortable being hands-on and working fast
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
SEO experience
Drone or gimbal experience
Experience in home services or real estate fields
