Mi Casa Hospice is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Hospice Marketing Director to lead our community outreach and business development efforts. What You'll Do

• Develop and manage marketing plans to grow hospice admissions and brand visibility.

• Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and community partners.

• Lead and mentor a team of marketers to meet and exceed growth goals.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure quality and compliance.

• Analyze trends, referral data, and market opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

• Represent Mi Casa Hospice at community events and professional networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hospice or healthcare marketing experience required.

• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and referral processes.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral/admission goals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented leader.

• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
