Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand presence. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to drive brand awareness, increase patient census, and optimize budget efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, and partnering cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure alignment with our broader business objectives. This role requires clear accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically regarding patient acquisition, engagement, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning: Develop and implement overall marketing and branding strategies, including detailed plans, schedules, and budgets. Team leadership: Guide, recruit, and manage marketing team, overseeing projects and day-to-day operations. Campaign management: Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing their performance and adjusting plans based on customer trends. Budget and resource management: Create, manage, and allocate marketing budgets effectively. Market analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform strategy. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other functional areas, such as Operations and Finance, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. Performance measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and report on results to leadership. Brand management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and help build brand awareness.

Important Note:




The role requires approximately 15-20% travel to our primary service locations in Connecticut (CT) and Massachusetts (MA) for strategic activities


Education and experience

Bachelor's degree: Required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree: An MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly desirable. Years of experience: 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience. Proven track record: Demonstrated history of success in creating, managing, and scaling marketing campaigns.
Skills and qualifications

Leadership and management: The ability to lead and motivate a team is crucial, along with strong project and budget management skills. Analytical and strategic thinking: A data-driven mindset is needed to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required to work with team members and other departments. Creativity: The ability to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies is key to standing out. Technical and digital skills: Proficiency with marketing software (like Google Analytics and HubSpot), digital marketing, and content management systems is expected.
Additional qualifications

* Industry knowledge: Specific industry experience in ABA therapy or health care services is preferred.
