We're looking for a versatile, self-motivated Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll support the growth and visibility of our brands by managing digital channels, producing content, coordinating events, and engaging with partners and clients.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape our marketing presence across the education, technology, and entertainment spaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Manage and update website content (news, case studies, product pages, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across relevant platforms
Track digital engagement and recommend improvements
Content Creation & Collateral
Capture photo/video content onsite (schools, installations, events, etc.)
Edit and produce content for case studies, blog posts, and social media
Develop marketing collateral such as one-pagers, slide decks, and brochures
Work with internal teams to highlight project outcomes and client stories
Events & Activation
Assist in planning and executing tradeshow booth setups and industry events
Coordinate small in-office or community events
Ensure brand consistency and quality in all event materials
Outreach & Communication
Support email marketing and CRM-based outreach to partners and clients
Assist with press releases, announcements, and relationship-building touchpoints
Collaborate with partners/vendors on co-marketing opportunities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Comfort with basic photo/video editing tools (Adobe, Canva, DaVinci, etc.)
Familiarity with social media and website CMS platforms
Highly organized, proactive, personable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus: Experience in the education, technology, performing arts, or AV industry
