Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will work to grow LACO\xe2\x80\x99s brand presence online \xe2\x80\x94 generating new leads and expanding our reach in the vacuum technology and leak testing markets both domestically and internationally. LACO is a B2B engineering manufacturing company with amazing clients like SpaceX, NASA, Tesla, Google, Boeing, and Apple. We serve customers across multiple industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, electronics, and energy. Customers look to us for expertise and technical know-how regarding vacuum technology and leak testing solutions. • Responsible for video, social media, and email marketing
• Oversee social media content/calendar
• Marketing collateral creation including landing pages, brochures, graphics, and video
• Identify and monitor industry trends/technology and competitor activity
• Promote brand promise through online marketing activities
• Work with the Marketing team to keep the website up to date
• Coordinate tradeshow research and logistics
• Product photography as needed
• Mentoring and Marketing training is available

Desired Skills:

• Ability to grasp and understand technical concepts quickly
• Excellent creative and technical writing skills
• Strong understanding of social media channels and online marketing/advertising
• Comfortable using CRMs
• Interest or background in STEM fields is highly preferable
• Attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or similar fields
• 1-3 years of corporate marketing experience

Job Details:

• Shift: 5 days/week Monday-Friday Full-Time. In office. Some flexibility in setting work schedule, with the opportunity to participate in our 9/80 work schedule, which is alternating Fridays off.
• Salary: $60,000
