About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Lincoln office and support the day-to-day marketing operations that keep our team running smoothly. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn marketing systems. You'll play an important role in keeping our marketing engine moving--from preparing materials to keeping our contact database clean. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on, collaborative, and team-based environment. We want someone who takes pride in their work, loves solving problems, and is excited to help us continue growing in our industry.

What You'll Do

Pack and ship marketing materials daily to our coaches Prep and organize marketing materials for the upcoming week Maintain and track marketing inventory Help maintain our HubSpot CRM software Research new championships and potential leads Search for new contacts as needed Assist the marketing team with special projects and ad hoc tasks Support shipping department and enrollment systems as needed Photograph incoming rings and maintain organized image files in the shared drive Build and maintain strong relationships with all team members to help ensure clear communication and project success

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable with technology (we'll train you on HubSpot) Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A dependable, team-oriented individual who is motivated by helping others succeed Interest in developing marketing, sales support, and/or operational skills

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Saturday mornings during Football Season (usually no more than 8am-12pm)
