Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Analyst with our client in the corporate investment banking industry. This is a 6 month + contract position located in New York, NY.

Summary:

• Being part of a team focused on our Investment Management brand, this position will collaborate with the various teams throughout our global demand marketing center to create and deliver North America campaign communications along with additional omni channel field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of relevant product stories that connect Investment Managements products with client needs across channels in North America.
• Collaborate with sales team on marketing strategy and plans for building the Investment Management brand within the North America market.
• Partner closely with all areas of marketing to develop campaign marketing and servicing materials, playing the lead role in defining the messaging and tactical approach.
• Support client acquisition and retention programs using traditional and digital media, as warranted, with a clear focus on ROI (Return on Investment)
• Partner with PR Communications team to support promote our product offerings from a media perspective.
• Track and understand impact of activities deployed.
• Track competitors, speak and present to trends, best in class, client needs and opportunities.
• Work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop scalable pitch and product support materials.
• Understand the big picture and look for ways to align tactical needs with strategic focus.
• Support broader field marketing initiatives, looking for ways to optimize effort.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree, or the equivalent of work experience required.
• 5+ years of asset management experience.
• Significant experience in investment product marketing/communication role working with senior investment professionals and product teams.
• Demonstrated track record of success in executing strategic communications plans, including:

• Creative development of a wide range of prospecting and servicing marketing materials (e.g., sales presentation pitch books).
• Excellent writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write for primarily b2b and b2c audience.
• Write for a variety of mediums (e.g., print, digital, social) to ensure effective, consistent messaging and branding.
• Management of compliance process and coordination to ensure all materials adhere to established policies and procedures as set forth by internal Investment Management Legal and Compliance Departments
• Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated skills in establishing and driving complex projects from inception through to completion.
• Effective interpersonal skills, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and operate under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, new requests, innovative approaches to marketing strategy and execution and working under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-channel teams (e.g., sales/marketing, ETF business lead, legal and compliance).
• A true team player, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.

Pay rate range: $50 - $53 hourly.
