Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who enjoys wearing many hats such as managing our social media, assisting with marketing campaigns, following up with leads, and ensuring the office administrative tasks run smoothly.
Work Location
This position will be located in Charleston, SC or Raleigh, NC.
Essential Functions
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials
Track social media engagement and campaign performance metrics
Help design and edit marketing content
Research local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership ideas
Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
Assist with customer communications, inquiries, and scheduling
Administrative Duties
Open and distribute incoming mail and packages
Answer phones, route calls, and manage general office correspondence
Maintain office supplies and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
Support company events, meetings, and scheduling as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree; Bachelor Degree preferred
0-3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to take initiative
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Depending on the candidate, this position may be a fulltime or parttime position expected to work 20-40 hours per work week with the occasional opportunity for Overtime.
Salary
Starting pay range between $40,000 - $50,000 annually, or hourly equivalent if part-time, depending on qualifications and experience.
