Market Support Representatives (Full-Time)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Retail Merchandiser

to support retail execution across both large and small format accounts. This full-time role is responsible for in-store merchandising, POS execution, product replenishment, and assisting with resets. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hang and maintain

Point-of-Sale (POS)

materials inside and outside of accounts

Use basic power tools (including drills)

to properly install POS and signage

Climb ladders

to hang and adjust POS materials Assist with

independent store resets

and shelf set updates Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are fully stocked, organized, and compliant with company standards Build and maintain displays as directed by sales or management Communicate with store personnel to ensure proper execution and placement Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stocks or issues

Occasionally assist with filling draught lines

(training provided if needed) Maintain a clean, professional appearance in all accounts

Qualifications

Ability to

safely operate a drill and climb ladders

Ability to lift and move up to

40-50 lbs

repeatedly Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and follow direction Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude Must be energetic and able to build relationships

Preferred Experience

Previous merchandising, retail, beverage, or CPG experience Beverage alcohol or CPG industry experience Knowledge of draught systems or willingness to learn Experience installing POS or retail resets
