As an in-office Customer Support Coordinator, you will enhance the e-commerce customer service experience by providing support to our customers and supporting our remote customer service agents. Your responsibilities include providing product troubleshooting, handling escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, providing additional email and phone coverage, handling and processing additional customer-related transactions such as refunds, exchanges, and other administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. This position is for anyone who is willing to learn and be part of a team.
