As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in optimizing processes, boosting productivity, and supporting continuous improvement projects across our operations. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and shop floor associates to drive real impact--helping us build safer, higher-quality products while enhancing our environmental footprint.

What You'll Be Doing:
Complete a summer project using the PDCA methodology focused on process improvement within the manufacturing facility
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote workplace safety and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and deliver maximum value to our customers.
Help implement process controls and standardization efforts that ensure consistency and reliability.
Learn and apply
Toyota Production System (TPS)
principles to improve material flow, inventory management, and lead times.
What We're Looking For:
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a technical field with proven, applicable experience
Ability to understand layouts and design fixtures and tooling using Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or Catia
Prior internship, work experience, or club activity which demonstrates a desire for hands on learning
