ABOUT THE JOB

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the part and process development of assigned parts from design to production, prepare part routers, troubleshoot problems in assigned processes, plan and execute the assigned Installation/Operation Qualifications, and support continuous improvement activities.

• Determine manufacturing processes for new parts, reducing cost and improving yield on existing parts
• Optimize processes by improving quality, efficiency, and safety, as well as reducing downtime
• Develop tooling, write instructions, and interface with customers regarding the ability to manufacture.
• Develop and control processes related to the manufacture of thin metal precision components, vent filters, conductive fabrics, board-level shields, and more.
• Identify, design, and integrate automated solutions through the use of new technologies and a dedication to innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor s Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Good project management skills
• 3-5+ Years of process engineering and/or manufacturing engineering experience
• Technical aptitude and a passion for innovative solutions
