Respond Promptly to Zillow Flex Leads



Timely follow-up is critical for maximizing deal closures. You must be ready to engage with incoming leads within minutes to boost conversion success.

Attend Daily Team Meetings and Weekly Training Sessions



Active participation in these meetings sharpens your skills and promotes accountability within a motivated, high-performance team environment.

Maintain Consistent Follow-Up with Your Contact Database



Persistent engagement is key to closing deals. Leveraging tools such as Brivity and CRM workflows will help you nurture leads and increase long-term revenue.

Track and Report Daily Performance Metrics



Monitoring your calls, appointments, and active transactions allows you to evaluate strategies and enhance your overall effectiveness.

Host a Minimum of 2 Open Houses Monthly



Open houses are a crucial avenue for generating local leads. You will be responsible for organizing and executing these events to expand your prospect network.

Responsibilities



Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day


This is the foundation of consistent pipeline growth. Talking to new people daily builds momentum, drives appointments, and creates opportunity.

Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately


Speed to lead = deals closed. You must be ready to jump on new connections within minutes -- not hours -- to maximize conversions.

Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls


Top performers show up. These meetings are short, tactical, and designed to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable.

Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database


Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable -- your future income depends on it.

Track and Report Daily Metrics


What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what's working and scale it.

Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month


Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You'll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline.

Qualifications



Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)


This is a must -- no exceptions. If you're not licensed yet but ready to commit 100%, we'll guide you through the process.

Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)


We're looking for producers. But if you're newer and

obsessed with growth, coachable, and willing to outwork the competition

, we want to talk.

Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game


Zillow Flex requires fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable on the phone and ready to make

10+ conversations a day

CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)


You should be organized and tech-comfortable. We'll train you, but you need to commit to

working the systems
