is seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Managing Broker to lead, inspire, and support our team of agents. This position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on mentorship, team building, and strategic growth -- while continuing to stay active in production.
What You'll Do
Agent Support & Leadership
Serve as the go-to resource for agents needing help with contracts, negotiations, or transactions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and productivity.
Mentorship & Training
Develop and launch a mentorship program pairing new and experienced agents to accelerate growth and retention.
Deliver engaging monthly trainings covering contracts, forms, and best practices.
Coordinate training opportunities with top vendors, coaches, and industry partners.
Recruiting & Retention
Lead monthly recruiting efforts to attract quality agents aligned with our brokerage culture and values.
Conduct interviews, follow-up calls, and onboarding for new recruits.
Create and implement agent recognition, culture, and engagement programs that keep our team motivated.
Strategic Growth & Collaboration
Partner with ownership to define the ideal agent profile and implement effective recruiting campaigns.
Identify performance and training gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
Participate in planning sessions focused on growth, profitability, and long-term success.
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate Broker's license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of Florida contracts, compliance, and real estate laws
Excellent communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
Passion for coaching agents and driving company culture
