Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilize POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and restaurant operations
- Proven experience in food production and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
