The Verint Core Administration Leader role is a position that will report to the Director, Verint Business Product Owner. This is a key leadership role supports our Verint platform. This individual leads a team owning shared administration functions within the Verint platform, including user profile management, role assignment, organizational management, and governance. This individual will be accountable to support the Enterprise teams continually evolving Verint\'s capabilities and ensuring the platform is configured to support an Enterprise scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• User profile management including ownership of user profile automation and enhancements to user profile management automation
• Managing vendor relationships and teams for assigned projects
• Maintaining effective organizational hierarchy with strategic lens to ensure data is structured to support current platform scope and future capabilities to deploy
• Oversight of role assignments for Verint users and supporting ongoing auditing processes
• Manage team responding to Enterprise ServiceNow tickets and provide level 1 support to end users within expected turnaround time
• Maintain reporting on volume of requests received and turnaround time of requests, manage team capacity to respond to requests within expectation
• Identify drivers of request volume to the team. Root cause analysis to remediate issues at their source or partner across the organization to implement automation solutions
• Support Verint custom reporting and data requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Verint experience
• People leadership experience
• Advanced experience managing Verint administration
• Experience with other Verint modules such as Call Recording, Desktop Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), Real Time Speech, etc. is a plus
• Understanding of Verint data structure and cross platform impacts of centralized functions
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and facilitate discussions across a matrix organization
• Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
• Leadership experience with proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teams

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,800 - 151,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
