Overview

This is a working manager position where you will work side by side with your team.

Western Ranch hours are 9 am to 7 pm Monday - Friday, 9 am- 5pm Saturday and 10am- 5pm Sundays, so no late nights. In our 75th year of business, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the pet industry, and the ability to create a positive work environment.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations including customer service, and online order management. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff. Train staff on best practices in operation's and customer engagement. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate use of POS systems. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role. Strong background in staff training and operations. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Experience in cash handling and financial management.

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
