What You'll Learn & Do
During the program, you'll receive paid training in all aspects of running a successful specialty retail store, including:
Inventory management and product flow
Retail sales and customer experience excellence
Staff scheduling and time management
Part-time budgeting and expense control
Hiring, onboarding, and training team members
Daily operations and performance tracking
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow into leadership
Comfortable interacting with customers
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
