Community First Solutions is now hiring Full-Time Caregivers who are ready to launch their nursing careers -- no prior certifications needed! Join our team as a Caregiver in Hamilton, and after just 30 days of strong performance, good attendance, and a manager referral, you'll be invited to join our February CNA Training Program -- at no cost to you! This is your chance to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and step confidently into a rewarding career in healthcare.

Pay:
$16/HR base pay before certification
$18/HR after STNA certification * PLUS $3/HR PM shift differential

Eligibility:
Passion for helping others and interest in a long-term healthcare career
Commitment to work full-time (AM or PM shift) for at least one year at one of our Hamilton campuses
18+ years old or high school graduate
No prior healthcare experience required -- we'll train you! * 30 days actively working in role with strong performance, good attendance and manager referral to move forward with training program

• Must be available 4-9pm for classes
