Location: Springfield, IL | Pay: $20.00 per hour |Status: Full-Time, 45 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager

What We're Looking For

Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test with THC Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment
