Requirements:
Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
Able to stand for duration of shift
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in the service industry
Reliable transportation
Must be able to work 40 hours a week (including some weekends)
Responsibilities:
Ensure the store is running properly and set up for success
Follow Biggby systems and processes
Use a computer program to create a weekly schedule for employees
Place product orders to ensure the store has supplies(milk, Sysco, etc)
Create a friendly and respectful work environment
Drink-making (use of espresso and other coffee equipment)
Food production (preparing bagels and bagel sandwiches)
Lead by example - follow the established rules
Ensure a safe and clean working environment
