What You'll Do:
We are looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager who be an essential part of a cross-departmental clinical quality support effort, assisting a national network of mental health clinics implement and sustain high quality care. Under the direction of the Director, Quality Assurance, you will be an essential member of a cross-departmental team offering process improvement and change management support to a cohort of outpatient mental health clinics. Specifically, you will:
Organizing and implementing clinical policies and procedures across the network, both in-person and remotely
Training and onboarding of new CVN clinics, including orientation to CVN model of care, clinical processes, documentation standards and use of electronic health record related to clinical processes
Assessment of clinical practices and support of process improvement activities to ensure timely access and high-quality care
Support and guidance for clinics through initial and ongoing maintenance of CARF accreditation
Utilization of clinical data to support clinics increase quality, access, and patient safety
Author regular qualitative data reports assessing clinic performance, including review of recent client cases, clinic workflows, and adhere to CVN treatment model
Develop and maintain rapport with diverse constituencies
Periodic site visits to assigned cohort of clinics
Implementation support for new clinical processes and practices
Maintaining a close awareness of each clinic's unique programs, staffing, data, practices, community needs and client outcomes
Utilizing data and dashboards to support practice and process improvement initiatives in clinics and across the network.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What's Required:
4+ years clinical experience in Mental Health
Experience leading and implementing quality assurance initiatives
Ability to understand clinical data and patient outcomes
Significant knowledge of evidence-based practice conventions
Demonstrable history of leading training
2+ year managing projects or programs
Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Knowledge of Cerner Electronic Health Record a plus
MSW, PMHNP, PsyD or PhD, in Social Work, or Psychology, or Psychiatric Nursing or related field
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Veteran, Military Spouse, or experience in the veteran community a plus
Some travel required (10-20% of time)
