Overview:

Become a Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance with Agape Care Group

We are looking for a Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance to join our team!

As a Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance at Agape Care, you will ensure compliance with all government mandated regulations for Compliance and Privacy through auditing, monitoring, education and performing investigations as needed. The Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance assists the Compliance Officer in establishing and maintaining a compliance and privacy program that prevents illegal, unethical or improper conduct. The Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance assists the Corporate Compliance Officer to facilitate overall agency compliance by preparing regulatory filings,performing audits and audit analysis as well as assisting in the development of educational tools and communication of audit findings. This will be a hybrid travel and remote role covering OK/MO/KS/LA.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in health related field

LICENSURE: NA

EXPERIENCE: 2- 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in health care with 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in quality, regulatory, privacy or compliance department preferred.

SKILLS: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, clinical and operational information during and after employment. Requires proven expertise with healthcare regulation, Compliance and Privacy regulations, as well as proven understanding of reimbursement systems. Good working knowledge of health information systems as well as Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation. Travel 80% of the time. Overnight travel required.
