Job Overview:




The Manager, Information Systems will oversee the site's IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to ensure they are secure, efficient, and compliant with GxP standards. You'll collaborate with scientific, operational, and business leaders to implement innovative technology solutions, manage a skilled IS team, and play a key role in shaping the site's digital strategy as our operations continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the management and maintenance of all site technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. Integrate Lean/Kaizen principles to streamline IS processes and improve operational efficiency. Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of user requests and technical issues. Partner with site and corporate leadership to evaluate, implement, and optimize business and scientific systems. Mentor, develop, and manage a growing team of IS and IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Ensure compliance with internal policies, GxP, and applicable regulatory standards through proactive system validation and documentation. Support end-user training initiatives and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and compliance. Collaborate with the Director of IT and cross-functional teams to plan and execute technology projects. Maintain readiness for audits and inspections; provide expert support for regulatory reviews. Remain reasonably available for emergency technical support outside normal business hours.

What We're Looking For:



Bachelor's Degree + 5 years, or at least 10 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: + SharePoint Administration
+ M365 Applications
+ Software Configuration
+ Applications Support
+ Computer System Validation
5+ years of leadership experience, including managing or mentoring technical teams. Strong understanding of GxP environments and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively across departments.

Preferred Experience:



ERP, scheduling, or inventory systems eSource, EDC, or lab information systems Data logging, AI/ML, or data collection technologies Familiarity with SAS or R environments
