Janitorial Supervisor

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Supervisor in Geismar, LA, and surrounding area. Needs to be highly organized, self-motivated, practice high integrity and honesty.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach and training employees for each assigned account specifications.

Collaborate on the process of hiring new employees to verify all documentation.

Recruiting when needed.

Develop safe and positive work environments for all employees.

Evaluate performance and develop individual plans.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality janitorial services.

Assist customers and assess which products are best suited for each individual account based on their needs and requirements.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.

Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.

Promptly respond to routine matters and implement appropriate interventions.

Demonstrate effective decision making, and implement appropriate interventions.

Maintain a labor and supply budget for each assigned account in order to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Manage inventory flow for each account.

Organize regular meetings with employees and other management to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.

Must have open availability: including days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary discussed upon employment and based on experience.

Qualifications:

Janitorial and Management experience is a MUST
