Date Posted: 2023-04-05 Country: United States of America Location: HCT99: Field Office - CT Remote Location, Remote City, CT, 06101 USA Position Role Type: Remote The Contracts Manager is an integral part of a team of professionals and provides advice and expertise on moderately complex contractual matters. The Contracts Manager supports the Collins Accessory Systems value stream supporting various commercial and military customers. This is a dynamic, remote-working position supporting a significant value stream within the Power & Controls strategic business unit of Collins Aerospace with opportunities for exposure to senior levels of management and continued career development. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and presenting a variety of review packages to senior leadership internally and to customer
  • Assists Integrated Product Team members with day-to-day management/administration
  • Responsible for process improvements to enhance department function and performance
  • Reviewing Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals, strategy formulation, preparing and submitting proposals, leading negotiations
  • Reviewing contractual agreements for accuracy, formal correspondence, customer and internal audits, customer relations
  • Reviewing contractual documents, supporting proposal preparation, leading contract flow down processes, and providing guidance and contracts administration programs
  • Support periodic leadership reviews, and to take on special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with contract & financial structures, pricing strategies, aerospace policies & procedures, and compliance principles
  • SAP Experience
  • Experience negotiating terms and conditions and execute contracts of moderate complexity
  • Experience working as Contracts Manager of DoD Contracts to include Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Fixed Price Incentive Fee, or other contract types.
  • Experience leading, preparing and presenting a variety of review packages to senior leadership internally and to customer

Employee Referral Eligible The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
