JOB SUMMARY

The Manager - CIRV of the catheterization labs is responsible for the day-to-day operations for assigned area(s) and serves as a liaison between physicians, administration, staff and patients. This individual develops and manages various budgets, identifies and resolves matters to promote a safe and quality patient care environment, implements continuous process improvement and manages the performance and development of staff. The Manager - CIRV/Cath Labs also assists administrators and leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives within their assigned areas and works with providers to maintain a clinical service delivery system that meets the clinical and financial objectives of the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Associate Degree in Allied Health Field.

Preferred/Optional: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in nursing, business administration, healthcare administration or other healthcare related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Two years clinical experience in CIRV cath lab and five years leadership experience in a healthcare related field.

Preferred/Optional: Five years clinical experience in CIRV cath lab.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Radiology Technologist (RTR) licensure in the State of Wisconsin. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT). Basic Live Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Preferred/Optional: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA).
