We are seeking an efficient, self motivated, and flexible manager who will handle our high-volume, quick service restaurant. You will be accountable for the operational performance of the restaurant. As part of the management team, you will need to provide consistent leadership and dedication to coach and develop the staff members. Additionally, you must be able to exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level so that you can lead our team and satisfy our loyal customers.

Ensuring that the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Ensuring excellent hospitality, customer service, and customer satisfaction
Creating a positive work environment for team members with a hands on management approach
Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, and weekends
Knowledge of food and labor cost preferred
Serv-safe certification or equivalent preferred
